Health Benefits

ENERGY AND VITALITY

If you feel tired or run-down from day to day — no matter how much sleep you get — and want a natural energy boost that doesn’t involve lots of caffeine, then you should consider adding more ginger to your diet! This spice does more than add great flavour to your food, it will also help increase your energy and vitality safely and naturally.

Ginger root has numerous beneficial effects on health that can lead you to have an all-natural energy boost. Ginger can reduce fatigue by improving blood circulation and modulating blood sugar levels. The midday crash in your energy levels is often due to blood sugar levels abruptly dropping, which often results in tiredness, irritability, sweet cravings etc. By keeping blood sugar levels more stable, ginger can result in a natural energy and vitality boost.

IMMUNITY

The immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues, and organs. It is well known that our dietary and lifestyle choices can be a huge factor in how well our immune system functions. By increasing antioxidant rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and spices – you can boost your immunity, giving you the best chance to protect your body from infection. Taking regular exercise, sleeping well, reducing stress and drinking more water all go a long way in keeping your immunity in good shape.

Ginger is a popular spice which has been shown to boost immunity. Ginger has been found to have therapeutic properties, including antioxidant effects and an ability to inhibit the formation of inflammatory compounds, both of which help our immune systems function well. Whether you grate it into your favourite dish, drink it as part of ginger tea or take it as a ginger shot; you can be confident that you’re body is receiving an immunity boost.

ZinCuFlex contains 300mg ginger extract in 2 capsules which is equivalent to 5000mg ground ginger or 20% bottle of ginger spice.

FLEXIBILITY

Turmeric has become somewhat of ‘HOT’ in recent years. However, it’s been used in Ayurvedic medicine and by practitioners of traditional Chinese Medicine long before it became popular in the West.

Curcumin, the yellow pigment in the spice turmeric, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and long been recommended for inflammatory conditions, which explains why turmeric is traditionally used by yoga and martial arts masters to promote flexibility and healing.

Ginger helps to increase joint mobility and reduce stiffness, further promoting greater flexibility of the joints.

You can use these spices in cooking or make a warm herbal drink regularly to help combat inflammation. If this proves difficult, you can take a ginger and curcumin complex daily to help keep inflammation at bay.

BONES AND JOINTS

Key ingredients, Ginger and Curcumin are intended to provide nutritive support for healthy joint function and normal flexibility.

Ginger helps to maintain joint mobility and avoid morning stiffness, a very common complaint of patients with joint discomfort and is experienced as soreness and restricted movement upon awakening.

Cartilage is a special type of connective tissue whose main role is to reduce friction between moving joints. Vitamin C plays an essential role in the formation of collagen, the main protein present in cartilage and bone. It therefore contributes to the normal function of these tissues, as well as gums, skin, and teeth.
